I actually got your site from CN. I see that you’re in the military as well. I BC’ed last month and am currently doing the CG method. What I need to know is how do you combat frizz with having to put on & remove headgear. I start off so well in the morning, but by that afternoon: Frizz City.

I will do a quick video for you this morning. But as I am new as well I’m battling this effort as well. Also of you are using the soft cap… Take it off from the back it won’t disturb your front 🙂 put it on the same. I’ve mastered the skill lol
Thanks for the tutorial. I never even thought about putting on and taking off my soft cap from the back. I’m so use to the other way. Will let you know if this works. BTW, you have beautiful hair. I would try your method, but with the CG Method no combs are allowed.
I thought you just couldnt brush? Also, i just learned about bagging. have you tried it?
